Gyrotonic®
Masha
mashrooom
Masha, what does the Gyrotonic® method mean to you?
It healed me when nothing else worked. After serious back injuries as a ballerina, I found my way back into movement through Gyrotonic®. Today I’m pain-free and more connected to my body than ever.
A Gyrotonic® session feels like a moving meditation: breath and flow calm the mind, the nervous system relaxes and you return home to yourself.
What will people experience in your studio and sessions?
mashrooom is a safe space for mindful movement and conscious breathing. Every session is personally guided by me and tailored to your needs - from the very first to the last movement.
With the help of the Gyrotonic® equipment, we’ll release tension, build strength and move with ease. You’ll leave feeling peaceful and energized!
What helps you stay strong and find your balance?
Movement. Always. It helps me process life and reconnect with myself!

Hara Shiatsu
Amelie
ON SHIATSU
What does Hara Shiatsu mean to you, Amelie?
To strengthen a person at their essence, in their center, through mindful and compassionate touch—supporting them in finding greater depth and connection with themselves and with life.
It’s about a feeling a sense of freedom in your body that opens up new perspectives and possibilities. Shiatsu is an essential resource in processes of change and helps navigate transitions with calmness and ease.
What can we expect in your treatments?
An open and friendly atmosphere that allows you to completely let go. A space where you can be entirely yourself, where you are seen, heard, and appreciated.
How do you recharge and find balance?
The feedback from my clients gives me strength, as do small daily rituals—salt baths, foot baths, an aroma lamp with fine essential oils. Silence is also very nourishing for me. Forest bathing and cuddling on the couch with my wife, and hopefully very soon with a few cats, too.

Physiotherapy
Kacheata
Leibesübung
Kachi, what does physiotherapy mean to you?
Doctors save lives – we physios make sure life feels good again. When your body’s acting up, that’s where we come in. With a mix of expertise, empathy, and a little nudge in the right direction, we help you find your way out of the chaos – or just show you how to get out of bed without pain again.
What can people expect from your sessions and your studio?
Leibesübung is not just a training space – it’s where knowledge, empathy, and fresh training ideas come together. We’ve got a wide range of group classes, plus personalized physiotherapy and one-on-one training – all based on the latest science.
It’s all about long-term progress, your health, and what really works for you. No matter your age or fitness level – everyone is welcome. We keep things personal, in small groups, instead of big anonymous gym spaces. Because real change happens when you feel seen and truly supported.
What helps you stay strong and find your balance?
Watching people push their limits in training – and still leave the studio smiling – that’s what fuels me. It keeps me going, inspires new ideas, and reminds me why I love what I do.
