Our home base: Studio Leibesübung

We are happy to train at Studio Leibesübung – not a typical Pilates studio, but a relaxed and grounded space for all kinds of movements and muscle work. The vibe is down-to-earth – and so are we.
In addition to our Pilates classes, you’ll find fitness kickboxing sessions, strength and barbell training as well as Sensofit - a circuit training that prevents injuries, created by studio owner and physiotherapist Kacheata Eath (who also took part in our crew event).
Your first visit - good to know
On Mondays and Tuesdays I might still be teaching the previous class when you arrive, but I’ll be with you as soon as possible for check-in. In the meantime, please make yourself comfortable - you'll find the wardrobe straight ahead and the people around will help you, should any question arise.
Mats are available for free. Of course, you can bring your own mat if you prefer.
Please don't forget your water bottle.
If you want, bring a towel with you.
