We are happy to train at Studio Leibesübung, where the vibe is grounded—and so are we. In addition to our classes, you’ll also find physiotherapy, fitness kickboxing, barbell and strength training, and Sensofit: a circuit-based workout that focuses on injury prevention in sports and everyday life by combining joint stabilization, coordination, strength, and fun.

Die Klassikerin – a beginner-friendly class for women and gender-diverse people who feel aligned with woman-centered training.

LÜ Power Up – you’ll work with barbells, dumbbells, cable machines, kettlebells etc. All genders.
This offer starts with January 2026. We will evaluate the program in April 2026 to assess your interest, process and capacity.

First visit? Good to know

You haven’t done Pilates before? No problem! You can join any all-levels class. Our goal is to help you build up your Pilates know-how step by step.

Don’t worry if a movement is not for you at that very moment, that’s absolutely nothing to stress about. We’ll always find variations.

You won't need shoes - we love feeling our soles the ground.

Mats are provided free of charge.

We recommend bringing a water bottle and a towel.

Showers are available. Please have your own towel and shower essentials ready.

The studio features an all-gender changing room and two bathrooms.
We might still be teaching the previous class when you arrive, but we’ll be with you as soon as possible for check-in. In the meantime, please make yourself comfortable - you'll find the wardrobe straight ahead and the people around will help you, should any question arise.
